Tragic Incident in Şanlıurfa: Young Girl Loses Life
A tragic incident unfolded in the evening hours in a neighborhood of the Şanlıurfa district. The 112 Emergency Call Center reported that the Kanak family alerted authorities after their 15-year-old daughter, Elif Kanak, was accidentally shot in her room.
Medical teams were quickly dispatched to the scene, and an ambulance was en route to the family’s house. Elif was critically injured, suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Despite the efforts of doctors at Derik State Hospital, she could not be saved. Her lifeless body has been sent to Mardin for an autopsy.
