Worker Dies in Accident at Repair Shop in Adana
Aykut Bilen, a 21-year-old worker at a repair shop in Fevzipaşa Neighborhood, met with a tragic end while dealing with a breakdown of a light commercial vehicle. According to reports, Bilen was attempting to fix the vehicle when the jack slipped, causing him to fall onto the car. The incident was recorded by a security camera at the shop.
Other employees managed to free Bilen from under the vehicle and rushed him to the hospital. Unfortunately, despite the efforts of the medical staff, he could not be saved.
The accident is a tragic reminder of the importance of safety procedures and equipment in the workplace. Employers must ensure that their employees are adequately trained and supplied with the necessary tools and gear to carry out their tasks safely. Likewise, workers must always remain vigilant and take all necessary precautions to avoid accidents.
