Azerbaijan and Turkey Discuss Exchange of Customs Information
Azerbaijan and Turkey recently engaged in discussions regarding the exchange of information between their respective customs authorities. This meeting was led by Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan State Customs Committee (SCC), Natig Shirinov, and Caglayan Aslan, Head of the Statistics and Evaluation Department at Turkey’s Ministry of Trade.
The primary focus of the discussions was on the maintenance of statistics within customs operations and the evaluation of statistical data. Both sides emphasized the importance of increasing mutual experiences in mirror statistics and other collaborative areas to enhance customs cooperation between the two countries.
