President Ersin Tatar visited Kyrgyzstan-Türkiye Manas University together with the President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Speaking at the program held at the congress center of the university, President Tatar said, “We will be pleased with the development of diplomatic, economic and political relations between Kyrgyzstan and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.”
President Tatar reminded that the university awarded him an honorary doctorate during his visit to Kyrgyzstan in December 2023 and said, “Our hearts have always been with you since that day. “I would like to state that I attach great importance to your support for the promotion of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus,” he said.
Expressing his pleasure at being invited to the university, President Tatar also addressed President Erdoğan of the Republic of Turkey and said, “I would like to thank Mr. President once again, in the presence of all of you, for the support he has always given to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.”
President Tatar noted that he was pleased to observe that the relations between Kyrgyzstan and the Republic of Türkiye are developing more and more.
