According to forecasts from the General Directorate of Meteorology, precipitation is expected in the form of rain and showers in coastal areas and the west of Marmara, while inland areas may see sleet and snow. Heavy rain and showers are predicted for the Eastern Black Sea coast, with heavy snowfall in high areas above 300 meters. Strong winds are expected along various coastal areas, and there is a risk of avalanches in high altitudes in certain regions. Haze, fog, icing, and frost are expected in central and eastern parts of the country.

Air temperatures are anticipated to be 3 to 5 degrees below seasonal norms in the eastern parts, with no significant changes expected in other regions. Winds will predominantly be from northerly directions, with occasional strong gusts especially in mountainous areas.

Meteorology Advisor Prof. Dr. Orhan Şen has issued warnings for specific regions, including heavy rain and snowfall in certain areas that may disrupt transportation and cause flooding. The weather conditions and highest temperatures of the day in major provinces are also listed for public awareness.

As different regions prepare for varying weather patterns, residents are advised to stay updated on local forecasts and take necessary precautions to stay safe and prepared.
