Disabled Rehabilitation Center in Girne visits Mayor of Kyrenia Şenkul
Students from the Girne Over 18 Disabled Rehabilitation Center recently visited the Mayor of Girne, Murat Şenkul, as part of Disabled Week. During the visit, the students had the opportunity to present a painting they had created as a gift to the mayor, as well as explaining their needs and demands. They also had the chance to sit in the chair of the presidency as a representative. The visit was a great opportunity for the students to express themselves and highlight their needs in the community. The initiative was organized by the Municipality of Girne and was well received by both the students and the mayor. This visit serves as an important reminder of the value of inclusivity and equality in society.
