Driver of Suspicious Vehicle on July 15 Martyrs Bridge Detained

The driver, identified as RC Ç, had been undergoing bipolar treatment for 1.5 years. Minister of Internal Affairs Ali Yerlikaya announced that the individual was persuaded and taken into custody.
