DSI to Hire 819 Permanent Workers: Recruitment Details and Dates Announced

DSI Imposes Strict Worker Application Conditions in Turkey

Turkey’s General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSI) has recently announced the application conditions for individuals seeking employment within the organization. The DSI has imposed strict requirements for job seekers, which include compliance with Turkish Law and regulations, completing a minimum age of 18, and not having a criminal record.

According to the DSI, a candidate must fulfil the criteria mentioned in the Law No. 2527 on the Free Practice of Professions and Arts by Foreigners of Turkish Nobility in Turkey, and their Employment in Public, Private Institutions, or Workplaces. Moreover, the first paragraph of article 48 of the Law No. 657 on Civil Servants requires applicants to fulfil the conditions specified in sub-paragraphs (1), (4), (6), and (7).

In addition, the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Recruiting Workers for Public Institutions and Organizations stipulates that candidate workers must not have a criminal record, even if pardoned. Individuals should not have committed crimes against the security of the State, crimes against the constitutional order, national defense, State secrets, espionage, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, tender embezzlement, laundering of property values arising from crime, or smuggling.

DSI takes these conditions seriously to uphold its credibility and ensure the safety and well-being of its employees, stakeholders, and the society they serve. Interested candidates who fulfil these conditions and meet other DSI application criteria can apply for an opportunity to work in the organization.

Therefore, if you are interested in working in Turkey’s DSI, ensure that you comply with these strict application conditions. It is also essential to keep in mind that DSI may review and change these requirements at their discretion.
