Tragic Collision in Battalgazi District Leaves One Dead and Others Injured
A devastating collision occurred on Elmayusu Street and Mahmut Kutan Street in Battalgazi district, involving a light commercial vehicle managed by YK and a pickup truck managed by MD. The force of the collision caused the truck to veer off course and crash into pedestrians walking on the roadside.
As a result of the accident, 67-year-old Dursun Kantiya lost his life at the scene, and the truck driver sustained injuries. Upon receiving the report of the collision, police and medical teams immediately rushed to the area to provide assistance.
The injured driver, MD, was promptly transported to the hospital for medical treatment, while the body of Dursun Kantiya was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute following an examination at the scene.
