Foodora: Hungary’s Popular Food Delivery Service Offers Cheaper Rates
Food delivery service Foodora has recently updated its Terms and Conditions, bringing about two major benefits for its users.
The first change allows customers the flexibility to order below the minimum order value set by each provider. In such cases, a fixed fee called the “low order fee” will be charged. This new option gives users more freedom in choosing their desired food items without having to meet a minimum spending requirement.
Another positive change is the introduction of a system usage fee that varies depending on the total amount of the order. This fee, which was initially set at HUF 110 per order and has now been increased to HUF 150, can go up to HUF 300 as the order amount increases. The updated Terms and Conditions also ensure transparency by displaying the low-value order amount when adding products to the shopping cart.
Foodora, formerly known as Foodpanda, implemented the system usage fee in response to rising costs and to align themselves with industry standards. The decision to adjust the fee structure comes after careful consideration of market trends and competition.
Overall, these changes aim to enhance the user experience and make the food delivery process more convenient and affordable for customers. With greater flexibility in ordering and a transparent fee structure, Foodora continues to improve its service offerings to meet the evolving needs of its users.
