National Unity Party re-elects Oğuzhan Hasipoğlu as Secretary General
The National Unity Party recently held its Party Assembly General Secretariat election, with the only candidate Oğuzhan Hasipoğlu being re-elected as Secretary General. Prime Minister Üstel, who spoke to the press after the meeting, expressed that the congress process was successfully completed on September 21. He congratulated Hasipoğlu on assuming the role of Secretary General for the third time.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Üstel discussed the government’s plans for the future, including social insurance premium support, incentives, and a credit package specifically designed for women. He also mentioned the upcoming talks in Geneva, stating, “We will closely follow the meetings there and convey relevant information back to our country. Our stance on Cyprus remains consistent, advocating for a state with two equal international status.”
Prime Minister Üstel reassured the public by affirming the continuation of Social Insurance Premium Support and hinted at potential collaborations with industry leaders once the economy reaches desired levels. This commitment reflects the government’s dedication to sustaining economic stability and promoting growth.
