HAKSEN Presents Draft to Taçoy to Address Grievances of Disabled Employees.

The Equal Rights and Justice Union (HAKSEN) recently met with Turkey’s Minister of Labor and Social Security, Hasan Taçoy, to address the scales used for disabled public employees and the difficulties they face in terms of grievances and employment opportunities. HAKSEN Chairman Salih Erşangil and the union’s Disabled Committee Chairman Murat Göçer also discussed other concerns such as the minimum wage, provision fund, and the rights of disabled employees. Göçer stated that they discussed the possibility of indexing the minimum wage to the lowest salary in the public sector.
