Halil İbrahim Ceyhan’s Most Popular Actor Title Remains Unclaimed by Engin Akyürek, Akın Akınözü, or Barış Arduç
Halil İbrahim Ceylan, the lead actor of the Turkish TV series Emanet, has emerged as the most talked-about male actor on social media, according to research by DigiLup. Ceylan, who received over 2.3 million messages, surpassed well-known competitors to take the top spot. Akın Akınözü, the lead actor of the recently-ended series Trap, came in second place, followed by Yiğit Koçak, Recep Usta, and Onur Seyit Yaran. Engin Altan Düzyatan, whose performance in the series Stickman has been praised, was in fourth place. All of the actors except for Ceylan have leading roles in weekly series on mainstream television channels, making Ceylan’s achievement particularly noteworthy. Despite being aired on Channel 7, which has a smaller audience, Emanet and Ceylan’s performance have captured the attention of viewers and made him a social media star.
