Minister of Health Dr. Hakan Dinçyürek Enhances Healthcare Services at Emergency Hospital
Minister of Health Dr. Hakan Dinçyürek recently paid a visit to the Emergency Hospital to assess the progress and improvements made in the healthcare services provided. During his visit, Minister Dinçyürek highlighted the efforts made by the hospital staff to increase efficiency and enhance patient care.
One of the key achievements mentioned by Minister Dinçyürek was the significant performance improvement of the MRI device at the hospital. He mentioned that the device, which was previously operating at low performance, now functions at a 300% increase in efficiency. This improvement will greatly reduce the waiting time for patients in need of an MRI appointment.
Additionally, Minister Dinçyürek highlighted the reactivation of the angiography device at the hospital, which is now being used in cardiovascular surgery and interventional radiology. This development not only reduces waiting times for coronary angiography but also doubles the capacity of the hospital in this regard.
Looking towards the future, Minister Dinçyürek mentioned the establishment of an angiography center at Famagusta State Hospital, which will further eliminate waiting times for angiography procedures. He emphasized the government’s commitment to providing efficient and effective healthcare services to the people.
During his visit, Minister Dinçyürek was accompanied by key personnel from the hospital, including Dr. Adil Özyılkan, Dr. Hasan Birtan, Dr. Hasan Hansel, Dr. Çağın Ozankaya, Dr. Erol Uçaner, and other administrative staff members.
