Illegal Medical Services Provided by Foreigners Uncovered in Osh City
Authorities in Osh city have uncovered a case where foreigners were illegally providing medical services to the local population. According to the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS), a citizen of Uzbekistan, aged 40, along with a citizen of Egypt, aged 49, set up a health center named Oydin in a private house in the southern capital.
The health center was found to be offering various medical services such as diagnostics of internal organs, phytotherapy, massage, and others without the necessary permits and a license from the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Investigative and operational activities are currently underway to address the situation, as reported by the state committee. The SCNS has advised citizens to seek medical services only from institutions that possess proper licenses issued by authorized state bodies.
This incident serves as a reminder for the public to be cautious when seeking medical care and to ensure that the providers they choose are operating legally and ethically.
