Inclusive Community: No Victimization Allowed
Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the Presidential candidate of the Nation Alliance, spoke at an Istanbul rally where he greeted citizens and promised to implement policies that would improve people’s lives. Kılıçdaroğlu assured the crowds that if he was elected, no child in the country would go to bed hungry, and poor families would not have their utilities cut off. He also promised to create a peaceful and thriving Turkey for all its citizens, with justice as the foundation of the state.
Kılıçdaroğlu highlighted that anyone and everyone was welcome and that he would not discriminate or marginalize anyone regardless of their background. He also acknowledged the 800,000 first-time voters in Istanbul, encouraging them to use their voices to change authoritarian rule through democratic means.
Kılıçdaroğlu emphasized that his government would work together with the people and not hand over the Republic of Turkey to one person, ensuring that everyone had an equal say in how the country was governed. He stated that his government would be guided by wisdom, knowledge, morals, and virtue, promising that no one would be victimized.
Kılıçdaroğlu also promised to send back Syrian and Afghan refugees within the next two years and resolve issues such as retirement, apprenticeship, and internship problems. He pledged to bring to justice anyone who violated the basic rights of workers in the country.
Kılıçdaroğlu addressed concerns about corruption and promised to retrieve and return all corruptly obtained money abroad, stating firmly that he did not eat slaves and would not violate people’s rights. He also acknowledged that drug barons didn’t want him in office.
During the gathering, the citizens in attendance chanted slogans, expressing their support for Kılıçdaroğlu’s vision of a better and just Turkey.
