Kılıçdaroğlu praises HDP support in Turkey

Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, Turkey’s Presidential Candidate of the Nation Alliance, has expressed satisfaction with the support provided by the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) in the upcoming presidential election. Speaking on a televised program, Kılıçdaroğlu clarified that he had not made any promises to the HDP and that he had no intention of doing so. The Presidential candidate also responded to an offer made by Muharrem İnce, who had suggested that Kılıçdaroğlu leave the alliance with Davutoğlu and Babacan, promising to support him unconditionally. Kılıçdaroğlu did not respond to the offer, stating that he and the Nation Alliance were focused on their own campaign.
Kılıçdaroğlu also addressed the “deep fake” claim, a theory that a fake video will be published before the election. He explained that the information regarding this claim was provided by individuals within the bureaucracy who love and are loyal to the state and want to see an improvement in this trend.
Despite the ongoing controversy surrounding the HDP, Kılıçdaroğlu’s comments demonstrate his willingness to work with all political parties to achieve his goals. He emphasized that his party’s view is clear, and the view of the third alliance, including the HDP, is also clear.
The Turkish presidential election is set to take place soon, and all parties are campaigning vigorously to win votes. It remains to be seen how the election will play out and which candidate will come out on top. However, what is clear is that Kılıçdaroğlu is committed to pursuing his goals, with or without the support of the HDP.
