Kyrgyzstan Customs Service Sees Rise in Tax Revenue Plan for 2025

Tax revenue plan for 2025 for Customs Service of Kyrgyzstan increased
The plan for tax revenues for 2025 for the Customs Service of Kyrgyzstan has been increased by 800 million soms, according to the approved republican budget.
Initially, the Ministry of Finance had forecasted tax revenues of the State Customs Service to be at the level of 127.6 billion soms. However, the latest update has raised this figure to 128.4 billion soms. The increase in the plan is attributed to the collection of VAT on imports of goods from third countries, which has been raised.
The tax on goods from states that are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) will contribute to the higher revenue target for the Customs Service in 2025.
This adjustment in the tax revenue plan is expected to have an impact on the overall budgeting and financial outlook for the Customs Service in Kyrgyzstan for the year 2025.
