Minister Yerlikaya reveals details of Kuyu-32 and Kuyu-33 operations targeting 8 criminal organizations

Minister of Internal Affairs Ali Yerlikaya announced the successful outcome of the “Kuyu-32” and “Kuyu-33” operations targeting organized crime organizations in multiple provinces. A total of 95 suspects were apprehended in the operations conducted across 7 provinces against 8 separate criminal groups.

In a statement shared on his social media account, Yerlikaya identified the key figures of these organized crime groups in various provinces, including Izmir, Kahramanmaraş, Konya, Sakarya, Gaziantep, Bursa, and Siirt. He highlighted the coordinated effort to dismantle these criminal networks led by individuals such as Erkan Bulu, Vahdettin Yardım, Mehmet Elagöz Bildik, Selçuk Delikara, İhsan Astam, Cuma Ali Dursun, BG, and Rıdvan Dündar.

Yerlikaya emphasized the government’s zero-tolerance policy towards organized crime and vowed to combat criminal activities that disrupt the peace and safety of citizens. He commended the authorities involved in the operations for seizing 24 unlicensed pistols, 11 unlicensed rifles, 1 automatic pistol, 9 cutting tools, drugs, and various financial assets.

The Minister expressed gratitude to the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Offices and law enforcement agencies for their efforts in executing the operations effectively. The successful operations against organized crime demonstrate the government’s commitment to maintaining law and order in the country.
