New Ambassadors Appointed to 6 Countries According to Official Gazette
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has made new appointment decisions for ambassadors to 6 different countries, as published in the Official Gazette.
Zeki Levent Gümrükçü has been appointed to the Deputy Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Birol Akgün to the Azerbaijani Embassy, Ferhat Alkan to the Embassy of the Republic of Mozambique, Chief Advisor to the President Yakup Caymazoğlu to the Embassy of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Bilateral Relations General Manager Gökhan Turan to the German Embassy, and Aytaç Yılmaz and Lütfullah Göktaş as the Ambassadors of the United Arab Emirates.
These appointments have been made with the aim of strengthening diplomatic relations and cooperation between Turkey and these countries.
