Newly Appointed Candidates Presented by PM Aripov to Government Members
Abduvakkos Rafikov, Azim Akhmadkhodjayev, and Jamshid Tursunov Appointed to Key Positions in Uzbekistan Government
During a recent government meeting on June 21, Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov announced the appointment of several key officials in Uzbekistan. These appointments were made based on resolutions approved by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the Cabinet of Ministers.
Abduvakkos Rafikov has been appointed as the Chairman of the Committee for Industrial, Radiation, and Nuclear Safety under the Cabinet of Ministers. Meanwhile, Azim Akhmadkhodjayev has been appointed as the Director of the Atomic Energy Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers. Additionally, Jamshid Tursunov will now serve as the Chairman of the Committee on Highways of the Ministry of Transport.
In a bid to introduce advanced foreign expertise in road management and digitalization issues, Amriddin Abdurakhmanov was appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Highways of the Ministry of Transport.
These appointments reflect the government’s commitment to strengthening key sectors and introducing modern practices to drive innovation and efficiency in Uzbekistan.
