Official Meeting Between Sadyr Japarov and Emomali Rahmon Held

An official ceremony was held in Yntymak Ordo in Bishkek, where the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, met with the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, on May 13.
President Rahmon’s motorcade arrived at the Yntymak Ordo building with a mounted escort as he is in Kyrgyzstan for a state visit. The two Presidents greeted each other, and the national anthems of both countries were played. Following a report by the commander of the honor guard company, the heads of state walked along the formation.
The meeting between President Japarov and President Rahmon signifies the ongoing diplomatic relations and cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The two leaders discussed various issues of mutual interest and cooperation during the ceremony.
