Özgür Çevik, the actor who plays Count Leon in the Alparslan Great Seljuk TV series, recently spoke out about his first acting experience in the legendary TV series Foreign Groom. In an interview with TVGazetesi.com, he revealed that the show was instrumental in making his career take off, despite the difficulties he faced during filming.
Çevik explained that the Foreign Groom series taught him a lot, but also had many challenges. He said, “It is a set with incredibly good players, on the one hand I learned and on the other hand I was very battered. When the Stranger Groom set was finished, I came out in a bruise. It hasn’t been easy. Because there are very good actors, there are very good directors.”
Despite the challenges, the Foreign Groom series continues to have a strong fan base, even among young people. Çevik revealed that he still meets people who weren’t old enough to watch it episode after episode, but who still say it’s a good show.
In addition to his success in the film industry, Çevik also spoke about his relationship with social media. Although he uses Instagram and Twitter, he is not very active on them and finds that social platforms take up a lot of time. He said, “I did not connect my life to social media. I know that social platforms take a lot of time when you’re obsessed. This time you are missing out on life. That’s my problem.”
Overall, it is clear that Özgür Çevik’s career has been shaped by his experiences on both the Foreign Groom series and the Alparslan Great Seljuk TV series. Despite the challenges he faced, he has emerged as a successful actor with a loyal fan base.
