Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his wife, Emine Erdoğan, received a warm farewell from Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Turkey’s Belgrade Ambassador Hami Aksoy, and Novi Pazar Consul General Osman Peşmen at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport. The Turkish delegation included several high-ranking officials such as Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak, Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı, Minister of Commerce Ömer Bolat, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, National Intelligence Organization President İbrahim Kalın, Presidential Communications Director Fahrettin Altun, Presidential Foreign Policy and Security Chief Advisor Akif Çağatay Kılıç, and Defense Industry President Haluk Görgün.
The delegation was seen off as they departed for Istanbul after a successful visit to Serbia.
