President Erdogan shares ‘Pocket’ message
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has urged citizens to participate in the upcoming election, scheduled to take place on May 14, 2023. In a tweet, Erdogan requested people to start their day early and be ready at the polling booths by 6:30 am at the latest. He emphasized the importance of the ballot box and said that winning the election happens at the box. He wished all poll attendants good luck and hoped that they get half of what they desire. Erdogan’s message comes as Turkey is set to hold general elections to elect its president and members of parliament. The current president is seeking another term in office.
