President Ersin Tatar Participates in Topçuköy Honey Festival
President Ersin Tatar made an appearance at the 3rd Topçuköy Honey Festival organized by İskele Municipality. The festival was a celebration of beekeeping, honey production, and the culture surrounding these traditions.
During his visit, President Tatar took the time to visit the various stands set up at the festival and engage in conversations with the attendees. In his opening speech, he emphasized the significance of beekeeping as a longstanding tradition and cultural practice. He also highlighted the support that the state provides to beekeepers in the form of assistance and resources.
President Tatar stressed the importance of investing in projects that enhance the country’s production capabilities and reduce dependency on foreign imports. He emphasized that beekeeping and honey production not only contribute to the economy but also play a role in enriching the environment’s vegetation.
Expressing gratitude towards those involved in the beekeeping sector, President Tatar emphasized the connection between independence, economic freedom, and production. He stated, “Independence and economic freedom come from production.”
