Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı Arrested

The Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office has announced that the 38th Ordinary Congress of the CHP will be canceled and temporary trustees will be appointed, allegedly claimed by Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı.
According to reports, Kütahyalı has been detained for the crime of “publicly spreading misleading information” after his statements were learned through the Istanbul Voice and Video Information System (SEGBIS).
In response to these allegations, Justice Minister Yilmaz Tunç stated that Kütahyalı had been sharing misleading information on social media channels, which were not true. He emphasized that judges cannot engage in such activities and that these shares were meant to spread disinformation.
Furthermore, the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office issued a statement confirming the detention of Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, alleging that he had been spreading false information about the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.
These developments have raised concerns about the spread of misinformation and the need to verify the accuracy of information before sharing it with the public. It is crucial to exercise caution and responsibility when disseminating information, especially in the age of social media where false information can easily spread and cause harm.
