Sibel Tatar Advocates for Sign Language and Accessibility in Public Sector
Sibel Tatar, the wife of President Ersin Tatar, recently hosted the President of the Cyprus Hearing and Speech Impaired Foundation (KİKEV), Bahire Doğru, and her delegation.
