Teenage Boy Fatally Shot in Turkey – Breaking News
A tragic incident occurred in Istanbul yesterday, where a foreign young man was involved in the murder of his 15-year-old relative. The incident took place in the Bahçelievler district at around 9:30 pm.
According to reports, Ahmet Mohamad (15) and Zekeriya Mohamad (18) got into a heated argument for reasons that are still unknown. The argument quickly escalated into a physical fight, during which one of the teenagers pulled out a gun and shot Ahmet Mohamad.
Following the shooting, the suspect fled to the bus station and boarded a bus headed for Hatay. However, thanks to the diligent work of the police teams, the suspect was intercepted in Ankara before reaching his destination.
The police also took another individual, identified as Semir Alo, into custody on suspicion of involvement in the murder. Both suspects are expected to undergo legal procedures and be brought before the court.
It was reported that the murder was reported by an 18-year-old girl, who provided crucial information that led to the apprehension of the suspects. The victim, Ahmet Mohamad, was found lifeless at the scene.
The suspect, Zekeriya Mohamad, who is known as “Syrian Zeko”, has a history of three records for “deliberate wounding”. The investigation into the murder is ongoing, and the authorities are working to bring justice for the tragic loss of the young victim.
