Temporary Train Departures from Toshkent-South Station for Railway Repairs

Temporary Suspension of Trains Departing from Toshkent-Central Railway Station

Starting from July 15 to August 15, the Ministry of Transport has announced that most trains departing from the Toshkent-Central railway station will be suspended. This decision is in response to repair works being carried out on the railway between the Tukimachi and Toshkent Yulovchi stations. As a result, nearly all trains traveling through the Toshkent-Central (Northern) station will instead depart from the Toshkent-South station.

During this period, passenger trains on various routes, including Almaty-Tashkent-Almaty, Tashkent-Novosibirsk-Tashkent, Tashkent-Samara-Tashkent, and intercity trains Tashkent-Khodjikent-Tashkent, will operate from the Toshkent-South station. This includes high-speed electric trains like Afrosiyob, Sharq, Nasaf, and passenger trains to destinations such as Andijan, Volgograd, and Dushanbe.

To assist passengers during this period, a free bus service will be provided to transport passengers to the Toshkent-South station. This service is especially beneficial for those who purchased tickets from the Toshkent-Central station ticket offices or who mistakenly arrived at the Toshkent-Central station.

Both ticket offices at the Toshkent-Central and Toshkent-South railway stations will be operational 24/7, and passengers can also purchase tickets electronically. For the latest updates and information, passengers are advised to contact the Ministry of Transport.
