Three Items Restored to Cholpon-Ata Municipality

Hotel complexes and commercial property returned to Cholpon-Ata City Hall
In a recent development, hotel complexes and commercial property have been returned to the balance of Cholpon-Ata City Hall. The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported that citizen K.K.A. had acquired and legalized expensive real estate in the city center by criminal means. The properties in question include a three-story commercial property, as well as the Uyut and Uyut Plus hotel complexes.
The SCNS also revealed that K.K.A. had close ties with the late crime boss Kamchi Kolbaev, and was allegedly involved in money laundering activities. This return of properties to the City Hall marks a significant step in addressing illegal activities and ensuring that justice is served.
The investigation into this case is still ongoing, and authorities are working to uncover any additional individuals involved in these criminal activities. The return of these properties is a victory for law enforcement and a step towards maintaining transparency and integrity in the real estate sector in Kyrgyzstan.
