Time Magazine Reveals the 100 Most Influential People of 2025
Time, one of the most prestigious magazines in the world, has recently released its annual list of the “100 most influential people.” This year’s list features a diverse array of actors, musicians, world leaders, news servers, and entrepreneurs, with some surprising names making the cut.
The 100 influential names were categorized into six categories: artists, icons, leaders, giants, pioneers, and innovators. The category that garnered the most attention this year was ‘Leaders’.
Among the notable figures in the Leaders category were US President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance, SpaceX founder Elon Musk, Trade Minister Howard Lutnick, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, future German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and Argentina President Javier Milei. However, one of the most striking names in this category was Ahmed Şara, the temporary president of Syria.
Interestingly, Russian President Vladimir Putin did not make the cut in the Leaders category this time around.
Other familiar names on the list include Serena Williams, Mark Zuckerberg (CEO of Meta), Ed Sheeran, Scarlett Johansson, Demi Moore, and Adrien Brody.
Time’s Editor-in-Chief, Sam Jacobs, emphasized that the magazine aims to spotlight individuals who are making a positive impact on the world. He stated, “The founders of the magazine will focus on people who transform the world for the better.”
