Bishkek City to Close Section of Tolstoy Street for Repairs
Bishkek – 09 August 2024 – A section of Tolstoy Street from Timur Frunze Street to Sadygaliev Street will be completely closed for repairs from August 10 to August 25, according to a report from the Bishkek City Hall.
The major repair work on the street has been ongoing since June 10, carried out by the contractor Kamennye Dorogi LLC. Initially, only the northern side of the road was closed, but in order to expedite the repair process, it has now been decided to close the entire section.
The Bishkek City Hall apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and advises residents and commuters to plan their routes in advance during this period of closure.
