Turkmenistan’s President Congratulates War Veterans on the 78th Anniversary of Victory Day

Turkmenistan’s President, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, has extended his greetings to war veterans and all compatriots on the 78th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
