Uzbekistan to Create Energy Security Plan in 10 Days
A meeting was held on December 14 in Uzbekistan under the leadership of Prosecutor General Nigmatilla Yuldashev, Presidential Adviser on Energy Issues Alisher Sultonov, and Adviser on Coordination of Law Enforcement Activities Doniyor Kodirov. The purpose of the meeting was to develop Uzbekistan’s Energy Security Concept, as reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
According to the statement released, a working group has been established with representatives from various key ministries and agencies, scientific institutions, and major strategic enterprises. This group has been assigned the task of studying advanced international practices in energy security and finalizing the country’s Energy Security Concept by December 25 of this year.
During the meeting, participants presented proposals and shared insights, kicking off the drafting process for the concept.
