Uzbekistan Ranks 58th in Global Firepower Ranking
According to the latest Global Firepower ranking, Uzbekistan has secured the 58th place among the world’s strongest armies. This puts Uzbekistan in second place among Central Asian countries, with Kazakhstan leading the region at 57th place. Turkmenistan follows at 77th, Kyrgyzstan at 105th, and Tajikistan at 108th.
The ranking, conducted by an American analytical company, evaluated a total of 145 countries based on 60 criteria. These criteria included the number of military units and human resources, financial standing, technological development, geographic location, and mobility.
Notably, the United States maintains its position as the leader of the ranking, while Bhutan occupies the last place.
This ranking serves as a recognition of Uzbekistan’s efforts in strengthening its military capabilities and positioning itself among the world’s strongest armies. With continued focus on military development, Uzbekistan aims to further enhance its ranking in the global firepower index.
