“Police in Peru Catch Drug Dealer Woman Wearing a Bear Costume”
In a surprising turn of events, police in the South American country of Peru caught a drug dealer woman who was wearing a bear costume. Inspired by the animated movie, a police officer in the capital city of Lima donned a bear costume as part of an operation to apprehend the woman who was reportedly selling drugs.
The police officer, dressed as a bear, began the operation by bringing flowers and chocolates to the woman and then waited in front of her house. When the woman left her home to buy the gifts, she was apprehended by other police officers who were disguised as workers, as well as the officer dressed as a bear.
Following the woman’s arrest, a raid on her house led to the seizure of cocaine. This unconventional approach to law enforcement is not the first of its kind in Peru, as last year police officers were seen dressed as Santa Claus for Christmas.
