The Accounts Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic pointed out that the misuse of budget funds amounted to 213,700 soms, including the unauthorized use of funds to cover expenses not included in the budget estimate, and the allocation of reserve funds for purposes not designated in their terms.

Additionally, violations in the allocation of budget funds for capital investments and construction work amounted to 1,634.7 million soms. The procurement of goods, works, and services also saw violations amounting to 19,890.8 million soms.
