“12 Mongolian Pilots to Be Trained on Boeing 787 Dreamliner”
Mongolian State Airlines has sent 12 of its pilots to receive training on Boeing 787 Dreamliner from Biman Bangladesh Airlines. The first batch of pilots has already undergone the training, and the necessary approvals were taken from the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh. Biman Bangladesh Airlines has become the first airline in SAARC countries to provide line training to foreign pilots on this modern aircraft. The program began on Friday and has already trained one Mongolian Airlines pilot on the Dhaka-Sylhet-London route. The Biman Managing Director and CEO, Shafiul Azim, inaugurated the training program at the Dhaka airport. Biman has globally acclaimed flight safety standards, and foreign airlines have gained confidence in them. This initiative by Biman will shape the future of aviation in the South Asian region.
