16 Arrested Following Scandalous Images at YSP Congress

The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office has issued a detention order for 16 suspects as part of an investigation into alleged terrorist organization propaganda at the Green Left Party (YSP) ordinary congress.
The investigation was launched following allegations that propaganda for a terrorist organization was made during the regular congress of the Green Left Party, which took place in Ankara on October 15.
The suspects are accused of participating in organizational activities during the congress and making propaganda that praised the coercive and violent methods of the PKK/KCK armed terrorist organization, legitimizing these methods.
In response, the Ankara Police Department Anti-Terrorism Branch teams have begun efforts to capture the suspects in 10 provinces centered in Ankara.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are working to ensure that those responsible for the alleged propaganda are held accountable for their actions.
