
20 Tourists Killed in India in Armed Attack

According to a report from The Indian Express newspaper, a tragic incident occurred in an expensive region with a majority of Muslim residents, where armed individuals opened fire on tourists visiting the area.
Police officials have stated that at least 20 people lost their lives in the attack, with 10 others sustaining injuries. The wounded have been swiftly taken to the hospital, with at least 2 individuals in critical condition.
No individual or group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to social media to express his condolences, stating, “Condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the terrorist attack in the Cammu Kashmir region. My thoughts and prayers are with the wounded for a speedy recovery.”
Modi also vowed to ensure that those responsible for the attack will be brought to justice, emphasizing the government’s unwavering determination in the fight against terrorism.
The authorities are currently conducting an investigation into the incident to determine the motives behind the attack and bring the perpetrators to justice.
