38 Individuals Fined 351 Thousand Pounds in Istanbul

Police in Istanbul have cracked down on illegal gambling activities in a villa located in the Yavuz Selim Neighborhood on Kesttanelik Street. The Istanbul Public Security Branch Directorate Moral-Office Bureau teams conducted a raid after receiving a tip about gambling taking place in the villa.

During the operation, 38 individuals were caught red-handed participating in gambling activities. As a result, a total of 351,386 Turkish Lira in fines were imposed on those involved in the illegal gambling. Additionally, various gambling materials such as game stamps and cards were seized by the authorities.

The owner of the venue, identified as YK, was taken into custody for further investigation. The police are continuing their efforts to crack down on illegal gambling activities in the city to maintain law and order.
