Coast Guard Command Captures 40 Illegal Immigrants off the Coast of Karaburun
During a routine patrol off the coast of the Karaburun district on Friday morning, the Coast Guard Command teams detected a moving rubber boat carrying illegal immigrants. The incident occurred at approximately 06:40.
Quick to respond, the teams took action and successfully intercepted the rubber boat, apprehending a total of 40 illegal immigrants on board.
Upon reaching shore, the illegal immigrants were taken into custody and transported to the Provincial Directorate of Immigration Management to undergo further processing.
