Turkish Security Forces Capture 41 Members of DAESH Terrorist Organization in Nationwide Operations
The fight against terrorism continues as Turkish security forces conducted operations against the DAESH terrorist organization in 12 provinces across the country. Minister Yerlikaya announced the success of the operations on his social media account, highlighting the coordination between various security departments.
A total of 41 members of the DAESH terrorist organization were captured during the operations, which took place in provinces such as Bolu, Eskişehir, Istanbul, Kırıkkale, Kilis, Kocaeli, Nevşehir, Sakarya, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Düzce, and Manisa. Weapons, digital materials, and a significant amount of foreign currency and Turkish lira were seized during the raids.
Minister Yerlikaya praised the efforts of the police officers involved in the operations, emphasizing the importance of the nation’s support in the fight against terrorism. He stated, “We will not tolerate any terrorists. We have only one goal: to neutralize every last terrorist. Your prayers and support are invaluable in this ongoing battle.”
The operations, codenamed “BOZDOĞAN-34,” demonstrate Turkey’s commitment to combating terrorism and ensuring the safety and security of its citizens. The captured individuals will be brought to justice, as the country remains vigilant against any threat to its peace and stability.
