5th Air Aid Delivery to Gaza by Egypt and UAE

UAE and Egyptian Air Forces Provide Aid to Gaza

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) news agency (WAM) has reported that air aid has been delivered to Gaza over the past 10 days through a joint operation between the UAE and Egyptian air forces. The latest aid delivery was part of this ongoing operation.

This marks the fifth time that aid has been sent to Gaza by air, with the aim of alleviating the suffering of Palestinians affected by the ongoing conflict and helping them overcome the difficulties they face.

In this recent delivery, a total of 62 tons of food and medical aid were provided to Palestinians in Gaza, thanks to the joint efforts of Egypt and the UAE.

Since Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip began on October 7, a devastating toll has been taken on the Palestinian population. The WAM report indicates that over 30,000 Palestinians, including over 13,000 children and nearly 9,000 women, have been killed. Additionally, 72,402 people have been injured in the conflict.

The situation in Gaza remains dire, with many still trapped under rubble and essential infrastructure such as hospitals and schools being targeted and destroyed. The aid provided by the UAE and Egypt is crucial in helping alleviate the suffering of those affected by the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
