6 Injured in Tragic D-100 Highway Accident
A major accident occurred in Karacaağaç Mahallesi on the D-100 highway, resulting in 6 injuries and the wreckage of two cars. The incident took place when a car traveling in the direction of Ankara collided with another car that was attempting to make a U-turn. Both drivers involved in the accident were identified as Uğur Y. and Uğur A.
The collision caused extensive damage to both vehicles and left 6 people injured. Fortunately, quick action was taken as bystanders reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. As a result, multiple health, police, and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the scene.
The injured individuals were promptly attended to by medical personnel and were transported to nearby hospitals for further treatment. Additionally, the fire brigade assisted in extracting an injured person who was trapped inside one of the vehicles.
