A Visit to İmamoğlu’s House by Muharrem İnce
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality President Ekrem İmamoğlu recently received a visit from former rival Muharrem İnce at his home in Sarıyer. During the meeting, İmamoğlu’s wife Dilek İmamoğlu was also present to greet their guests. After the meeting, İnce addressed the press and expressed his concerns about the state of law in the country.
Ince criticized the judiciary, claiming that it was being influenced by external sources. He stated, “There was already a preconceived notion of ‘judicial execution’. Now we are witnessing the execution through the judiciary, which is unacceptable.”
During the visit, Muharrem İnce offered his support to İmamoğlu and his family, providing them with much-needed morale during these challenging times. Several other mayors also joined the visit, including Hasan Akgün from Büyükçekmece, Erhan Güzel from Çatalca, Zeydan Karalar from Adana, Vahap Seçer from Mersin, Mustafa Bozbey from Bursa Metropolitan, Melek Mızrak Subaşı from Bilecik, and Ayşe Ünlüce from Eskişehir.
