Emlak Konut unveils new housing campaign for medium income citizens
Real Estate Konut has recently announced the details of its new housing supply campaign in Turkey. The campaign, aimed at providing profitable investment opportunities, features a one-year installment payment plan with both retail and decreasing installment payments, including Emlak Konut.
Different models are being offered to citizens as part of the campaign. Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş General Manager Yasir Yılmaz stated in an interview with CNN Türk that they are offering a variety of options with maturity differences of up to 0.99% for 60 months. Additionally, there is a leasing model available through Emlak Participation Bank for longer-term payment options up to 120 months.
The Real Estate Housing Campaign will cover 25 projects in Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya, and Balikesir, with three different payment models available. The prices for these projects start from 5 million 650 thousand pounds.
Interested buyers should act fast, as the sales in the campaign are limited with a deadline of 23 March. Citizens who wish to explore all available projects can visit the head office of Fikirtepe, Bizim Mahalle, or Emlak Konut in Ataşehir to obtain more information.
