Ambassador congratulates new Chairman of World Health Tourism Council

Dr. Ahmet Savaşan, a Turkish Cypriot doctor, has been elected as the President of the World Health Tourism Council. The council represents 56 countries, including the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). Turkey’s Ambassador to Nicosia, Metin Feyzioğlu, congratulated Dr. Savaşan on his election and expressed his pride. Feyzioğlu believes that under Dr. Savaşan’s leadership, the council will make important breakthroughs and contribute to the global recognition of the TRNC. This is a significant achievement for Dr. Savaşan and a positive development for the TRNC’s tourism industry, as health tourism is a growing sector globally.
