During a TV program, Minister Tekin elaborated on the revised interview format. Candidates who have successfully passed the KPSS exam will now face questions prepared electronically. Within a 45-minute time frame, candidate teachers will be asked to explain and discuss the given questions in front of a jury comprising experts and head teachers. Towards the end of the interview, candidates will be required to provide a written response to a specific question.

The entire interview will be recorded on camera, enabling the assessment of the candidate’s field knowledge and teaching abilities. By implementing these changes, the Ministry of National Education aims to create a more standardized and comprehensive evaluation process for teacher appointments.
